In order to more efficiently service our clients, we have built a database platform that allows the client the ability to log into our web-based system from any computer, tablet or mobile device. In this system, you will have access to information on current inventory for each individual project, delivery requests, notes made on any issues we have found and PO numbers with manufacturers provided by designers.

When in our database, you will be able to see the following info for each item received and entered.

• Images – Verify fabrics, colors and finishes
• Item Quantities – Verify correct number of items received
• Manufacturer – Sort the list of items by Mfg.
• Install Location – Designation of where items are going at your project (if specified on PO)
• Date In – Date received at FLD Warehouse
• Square Footage – see individual items or overall space occupied
• Warehouse Location – Location items are placed in our warehouse
• PO Number – Sort or search by your PO numbers
• Reference Number – You have the ability to enter this information into our system

In the database, our clients can select items and submit a request for a delivery or picked up to be scheduled.
